UN Commission of Inquiry Documents Hamas Executions, Torture and Misuse of Nasser Hospital

A UN Commission of Inquiry report (A/HRC/62/22) documented 249 cases of executions and severe violence against Palestinians in Gaza between August 2024 and January 2026, found that Hamas's Sahm Unit mistreated civilians inside the Nasser Medical Complex, and found that 11 public executions in Sept–Oct 2025 amounted to the war crime of murder.
