“Israel is committing genocide in Gaza”
This claim is politically contested but does not survive systematic application of the legal definition. The Genocide Convention requires specific intent to destroy a group as such — and documented Israeli actions (warning civilians, vaccines, aid, evacuation corridors, targeting Hamas not Palestinians) are inconsistent with that intent.
